Semoran North has Changed for the Worse

When I first moved to Semoran North in June 01, I enjoyed living there, Now in January 03, I am eagerly looking forward to moving because no matter how I do it in writing or face to face, the management does not respond to important maintenance requests until I point out that they are violating the lease agreement. I suppose that they are no longer interested in retaining existing residents. There is more and more turnover among residents as the original people are more likely to leave. The squirrels in the walls and ceiling disrupt my sleep during the winter. However, the square footage and location are ideal. But as it is an old apartment complex, you will most likely be putting in basic, simple requests like getting a doorknob replaced, only to find that for some reason you have to keep on them just to do that simple task. It took me 5 trys and threatening a lease violation to have them paint the stairwell railing which had been peeling. They have no interest in maintaining the overall ambience of the complex, but they did pave the parking lot, but even that looks cheaply done.
