While the floor plans are absolutely wonderful, I don't think it's worth it. I moved in November of '03 and it's now October of '04. I cannot wait to get out. First and foremost: ROACHES. Pest control only comes about half the time that I request them. When they do come, it doesn't do much, I suggest investing in your own home extermination kit. It's nearly impossible for me to even make a dent in their population though, because the other 3 units in my building are also infested, the roaches just swarm from one to another. The office staff is very friendly and willing to listen to what you say, but i don't think they really write it down. It took me 3 months after i moved in to get my shower fixed, so it wasn't leaking out the bath spout and providing a trickle out of the shower head. After they finally took care of that, they didn't have the tiles to replace the ones they removed above the bathtub. So i have had metallic tape ever since. One of the burners on my stove never worked, since the day i moved in. I put in several requests for that, and nothing. The buildings are old, and not very well sealed, the curtain on my kitchen window often blows from the wind outside when no windows or doors are open. As a result energy costs are kind of high. I hope this saves someone from being as disgusted as I am every time i reach for a plate and therere is a 6 legged creature falling onto me.
