This place was fine 3 years ago when Barbara was in the office. Since then, it has deteriorated rapidly. The floor plans are big for the price but rent has steadily increased while quality of the complex has declined. The grounds are atrocious; there is no grass, just dirt and sand that shirtless, shoeless little kids like to dig in. Animals are not "scooped" after; the walls are paper thin and noise complaints go unanswered.

Maintenance is sorely lacking. Like most other reviewers here, I have had to make 5-6 complaints and threaten to break the lease just to get minor repairs done. The grounds are not maintained at all. The employees are apparently paid to sit around in their golf carts and talk to each other.

I do feel safe here however since a few police officers live in the complex and I see cars patrolling often.
