Besides a relativly cheep apartment complex, it doesn't discount the many flaws it has. These are fact, not bitter biased rants. Lack of sheer maintenence compitence, even with an AC. Very condisending office employees. In adequite package storage - They are in a pile in a room. The only monitor is a Clipboard and a pen, no verification. Improper communication when things are a problem - such as 'emergencies', and noticies - (I found one this morning under a bush on my patio). These buildings are showing thier age, no matter what the lady in the front says. Parking isn't distributed logically, or even at all. There are more, like the head shaped hole that has now become more prominent in my bathroom after 3 years, and paint fading (not mine yet), Constant AC maintenence and flooding when they take 2 weeks to fix it. The window in the Bedroom is especially lovely becuase at 3 am you'll be able to hear every word of the party outside. This should sum up the motives of SNA-

They tore down an EXTREMELY convienent Laundey room and Pool to put up a METAL slide for kids, with no shade. Sheer brilliance. I can't wait to move.

If you really need a place to live and your car isn't big enough, and you're going to Full Sail (they give a discount - trust me, if they say they don't - keep asking) prepare for 6 months of 'yeah this isn't bad' to 'what the...'.
