The worst place I ever lived... and I've been homeless!

Mold coats my A/C unit, mice eat the soap under my bathroom sink, ants climb all over the kitchen floors and my stove, the place smells no matter how clean I keep it and there's water damage on my bedroom walls from A/C leakage.
The office staff is oblivious on their best days and outright mean on their worst. They are never helpful in any situation.
The average member of maintenance staff needs a manager to set a mouse trap and has to go back to have someone else re-set it if they accidentally snap it. If you later request to have the trap (which never caught your soap-eating mouse) removed, wait two weeks after your initial request and then give up and carry the moldy trap to the office. If you're lucky, you'll scare off a prospective resident and save someone else the misery of this place.
Never move here unless you like it when people stay up until three o'clock in the morning on a Sunday night chatting loudly outside your bedroom window. This place is full of trashy neighbors who love to yell at each other all night, feed stray cats in the laundry room (just love that smell), beat their wives loudly, and do laundry in their underwear.
Living here has been the most horrible living experience of my life, and I once lived under a kitchen table in someone else's house.
Oh, and did I mention that we had about $400.00 worth of stuff stolen from our shared storage area' We had reported that the lock didn't work properly the day we moved in, and it was never fixed, even after the robbery.

I live here now and they are right, the office staff never knows nothing and the maintenance staff is a joke. They can never fix anything and alsways crying about it fixed. My master bedroom shower is always clogged. My AC leaks at least once a month, and still can't get it fixed, the management staff tells me it has to wait until Monday, which means we have to walk in water all weekend. Ask who owns the property they claim they don't know.

As for unknown It seem to be A cover. But the two other are right the mold is an on going problem that's out of control and needs to be investigated by the state each apartment will verify this it will prove it self to be a health hazard the on staff are telling people to use bleach and it has to be used each day. Tthere many hear with medical condition the mold news goes way because to the building AC/have no air ducks these units were built without them and people are being told if they want them they can pay to have them put in in apartment, AC/are also the same ones since they were built part on the roof draining going down from roof hidden from sight shingles to the ground and then backing up into the pipes leading to the roof before it gets to roof it enters the apartment unit, which has the other partof the AC/Unit it then backs backup in to tenants dwelling and does the damages molds are a common problems, their are no vent very few anyone who has shower is living with mold every day. Start Knocking on the doors because every word tenants are saying is truth most don't know who to turn to the office refuse to give them information on and is finding a way to may sure it does not reach to get corrected it just collect the rent and never gives back the quality due. They don't strive to work to promote a positive image of Winter Park Fl, Nor strive to ensure the safety of the residents who have/who work to improve the quality of education, promotes economic development toward good clean healthy environmental government. Mulitfamily Housing community zoing hurt the development for family to have a place to be built dont blame those who pay the rent any more. This is why Community fight againt such. You destroy peoples life property liberty and the persuit of happness "Poor Management". Do you understand Encourage adherence and inprovement in zoing and housing retrictions

well i have lived at numerouys complex's around florida and by far semoran north is not a A property but there are much worse and those that complain around or about semoran north i ussaly find there is a reason there complaining and has nothing to do with maint. issues or apartment conditions. I have been here for many years and remember a few years back when no maint. was being done and for the last 2 years have seen mass improvments in reponse and completion. As for those that complain about the maint. i guess they have nothing better to do |

I have lived in Semoran North since 1996. I agree with these issues. I have black mold in my apartment. This is a major issue because my daughter is asthmatic and a potential medical concern for her. The office staff do not seem to care. After every hard rain, our patio floods up to our ankles. It has leaked into our kitchen on numerous occasions, leaving a major cleanup for us. When the air conditioning freezes over, for God knows what reason since it is 96 degrees outside, they say they will get to it, but they have numerous work orders in front of ours. Once again, a hot apartment is not ideal for an asthmatic child. Most of our work requests have been addressed within three weeks to a month of report, but we actually went 3 months in one case, even with repeated requests to the office staff. The only reason we remain here is because it is relatively large space for the rent we pay. We really can't afford to move into a smaller place for bigger rent. Last summer the pool was closed all summer long because they were remodeling it. It opened up the day before school started in August. Could they not have done this during the winter months. This summer, the pool was closed again and though I saw no work being done on it, they said it was being looked at. Ridiculous. Instead, we have dozens of children roaming the streets being a nuisance, riding their bikes in the middle of the roads, not letting the cars drive by. I just wish the staff and owners would remember why they have a job in the first place....because they are suppossed to be catering to their tenants.
