After charging $60 per person to apply for an apartment, it appears that the qualifications for moving into the apartment is so stringent, that only someone in the caliber of Donald Trump would be approved. Therefore, if there are at least two people applying to be approved for one lease, they have put a quick $120.00 in their pocket, deny the applicants for no apparent good reason, or bogus reasons at that, and move on to the next applicants.
