This shooting just happened last night a couple buildings down from where I live..

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- A gunman shot two people at a Seminole County apartment complex. A man was killed and a 17-year-old girl was injured.
The news that her good friend, Michael Peisner, was shot and killed was too much to bear for Michelle Snyder.
"I just don't understand this. We were talking to him last night. Everything was fine," Snyder said.
Seminole County sheriff's deputies arrived at the Semoran North apartment complex just after 10:00pm Thursday, where the 25-year-old was gunned down in his own apartment. A 17-year-old girl was also shot and she remained in serious but stable condition at Orlando Regional Medical Center on Friday afternoon.
"He's my fianc??'s best friend. They're like brothers. Why would someone do this'" Snyder questioned.
Homicide investigators did not release the motive behind the killing, nor the name of the 17-year-old girl. Detectives have been trying to track down 32-year-old Raymond Johnson. He's considered armed and dangerous.
"We believe the shooter and the victim were known to each other, so this wasn't a random act where someone's home or apartment was entered," explained Lt. Dennis Lemma.
The perimeter wraps around two buildings and a car port where Peisner's red two-door car was parked. Channel 9 has learned Peisner was the son of Eric Seth Peisner, a former part owner of the Orlando Predators.
The family was too distraught to talk about the incident. His close friends are in disbelief.
"He's lived here for a couple years. Nothing like this has ever happened," Snyder said.
