I've lived here several years So I know what it is like to live here.They are improving the place new paint jobs trimmed trees ect.and that's all fine and dandy. However,it doesn't improve the image and the way they treat you here. All this is just to get more people to move in here to replace those that finally got fed up with they way we are treated.I'm sure they want to make a change and make this a nice place but you should do that by first making sure your residents that are already here are happy.I thought that once the new owners or managment took over that things would improve but not so much. I called about 3 months ago about my back door that some kid kicked in,two weeks ago I called about my blinds that broke and have a sheet over the window,and a week or so ago I called about my showers cold water popping off in the middle of a shower and getting nothing but hot water. To this day no one has came or called about any of those problems.And to top it off, I never got ahold of anyone nothing but a answering service! I didn't just call one I have called serveral time in the last month or so and no one will answer the phone. Yes, the place is looking better but the service hasn't changed!I work hard for a living and I don't think it right to pay rent and not get the service that supose to come with living in an apartment.If I wanted to do my own repairs I would have bought a house!

Neither ------- nor --- work in the office any longer...However, the new staff isn't much better. Whenever you call to complain or ask for maintenance they are always saying how they are painting this and fixing up the pool area. Ok great, but what about the ------ apartment I am living in? When you going to fix that up? I don't live at the pool and certainly painting the outside of a building isnt'n doing much to fix the inside, where we live. UGH! Its so sickening.

Ok I maybe wrong on posting this review I went to the office and they seemed really nice and concerned. The reason that haven't fixed the door is because it was never recorded (---) and as for the other problem I was having.. My lease is up and they are waiting to see what I do. I can respect that cause some people will trash the apartments before moving out so why replace stuff if there is a chance of it getting trashed? SO as of now I will give them the benifit of the doubt and see what happens. It maybe that they are just playing like they care or they may really care and actually start taking care of the place Have to wait and see what happens after the "new" wears off. It's really to early to tell. But thank God they got rid of ---!If they are just "acting" then it's going to bite them in the long run. If it's for real this might turn out OK. Like I said,we'll have to wait and see

If ---- is still there, then your putting your eggs in the wrong basket as far as crime. Get rid of ----, move her and her family off the property and MAYBE just Maybe the crime might clean up in that apartment complex.

Anonymous why are you sooo hateful, how do you know it is ---- and her family causing all the problems.What did they do to you? For all I know it could be you causing the problems there.
