I live here, but not for long. This place is a nightmare. The A/C does not blow
out even cool air. I contact the office 9 times since June 2007
They are on a fixed price restriction. I have called Tina, & Tammie. Tammie
(Mgr) said this new co will fix it. What a lie!! We will clean up this place, what a lie!!! I still see the drug dealers and thugs hanging out. I have to buy my own A/C unit to get relief from the heat. This place is not recommended at all.
A new paint job--does not hide the hidden horrors. For the past 2 years I have been
killing an average of 5 roaches a day in the kitchen, and thats if I can catch them.
There a nest of squirles living inside the roof. I asked for the light in the kitchen
to be fixed (recessed light cant reeach it) that was 3 months ago.Still not done. I told them water is leaking, still not fixed. Some apts have no outside lighting
mgt says its too expensive to repair. Cant see that your walking is dog ---- at night. Or if the the thug is out there to rob you. Yes we have our shoot outs
and killings. The armed security they have..where is he''' Yeah great place bring the kids, the family we see how long you stay....

they keep editing my responses of late, and as I understand why, I am still going to try and get around it. The management (one person specifically and her family are apparently readin this board, and I am praying they do in fact call the cops and bring the victim back into the limelight so that we can finally resolve it.)Is this the forum? Maybe not, but hey nothing else has worked as she has stumped the polices attempts to get to the bottom of this from the beginning. The leasing staff's offspring IS guilty of the homicide that happened in the center of the complex. It was a year ago exactly that the nights around semoran north got scary for anyone who dared get in the way of a minor. Unfortunately for all involved, the egg donar for said perp, refused to allow police access to information that would help pin down the murder, including but not limited to taking a lie detector test that was requested based on my testimony. I am so over the fact that a parent has covered up her child simply because said child shares DNA, rather than save our community and make it safe and bring a killer to justice. I also emailed the surviving victim and was emailed back and threatened, only to have my emailed responses blocked since the other victim was in league with the minor perp. So please family, PLEASE, I beg you to make a scene. Understand also that when it finally does come to light, I plan on a law suit for all expenses incured because I had to move out of my home because of the homicide.

You and I both know your lying about what happened that night and I can bust you in about 3 inconsistancies. You may not have pulled the trigger, but you covered for him who did....which is worse? I spoke with the leasing agent in question face to face and over the phone and her comment to me was "he was her (offspring), she couldn't let him go to jail." Look, you can say anything you guys want, but the truth is, I do know what happened....I know where the key players were before the shooting, I know NOBODY left that building, I know that the other victim was shot in the buttocks not 10 feet from a man that was shot execution style twice in the head....HELLO!!! I also know that by asking a few key questions the ----- is in the details...and what I didn't see, the details didn't add up to what I know. I know that the leasing agents offspring shot the victim, it was covered up by the leasing agent, and the shooter was in league with the other victim. As I said before, call all the cops, lawyers and marshalls you want...I know what I know. And yes there are details that I know that I haven't shared with you particularly in public, but ask the upstairs justice student, whom I conversed with on myspace exactly what I know.....Up until recently I didn't make it public, but it has been a year and they are all living like it never happened.....It boils my blood to see the bogus weeping victim all smiles and sweet knowing she is evil in the head!!! I truly liked the shooter and the mother, unfortunately, we all make choices...and everyone knew how I felt about standing up for yours. Believe it or not, the bad maintenence of the complex was what gave it all away. The ironic thing is that if I didn't walk up on an armed robbery in progress in the back and see a gun get carried in my old building after random gunshots, and hear gunshots on three other occasions, then I probably wouldn't have been looking out the front window so much and darn sure wouldn't have had my ears attuned to the sound of gunfire. Go figure. I am glad to see however that I know enough to have all the members of the gun party on a single board calling me a liar...seems I know enough to make ya'll a bit nervous....MURDERERS!!!! I find it ironic that other than "T" nobody else is saying who they are...so you tell me, who is hiding behind the internet....

Well well well Domino, This is Carla, Tasha's mother. I think you and I need to come face to face. You obviously know who I am so why don't we meet. I for 1 have NOTHING to hide. If you as you say know so much why didn't you tell the police what it is that you know. If you did and nothing has come of it, then you evidentally didn't know ----. Maybe these people that keep putting ---- on here that really doesn't know their asses from a ------- hole in the ground would get jobs and take their fat asses to work, they wouldn't have so much free time on their hands for this --------. Now if you KNOW so much, then take it to the cops. If you don't then shut the hell up.

Murder is never personal. Nor is the fact that the leasing agent is involved. The co conspiritor is still a resident there, so you tell me how this doesn't pertain to a "reference" for the property? IMO it is a perfect testiment of how messed up the property is. If you don't like it, don't click the link. OH yeah....and T's mom.....the only reason your talking rather than her, or she blocked her myspace from me is you know she is guilty with him and your not letting her slip up. Obviously she has a temper that kills people and you know if I start pushing buttons she will slip up...whatever....you and I both know that I know something and it is the truth. I don't know where the gun is...but that is all I don't know. You only wish you could prove me wrong...instead all of you keep calling me a liar...because you can't prove me wrong, and so that is all you got.

ok look here. I don't care what is going on between anonymous and "Domino" but you need to leave me out of it. I already told everyone I didn't see anything or hear anything. Kristina you don't even live here anymore so, why don't you mind your own business and let the Detectives handle the situation, it is their job you know. I do know that if another person mentions me or anyone of my family members again I am going to supremely pissed. If you have some business to deal with it is between you two, don't drag anyone elses name or occupation into it.besides isn't this site for problems with the complex? I don't think it was supposed to be used for personal disputes.

I am glad I saw all of this before making my decision. I wasnt that impressed with the place years ago, but I heard they were making improvements. I see now that superficial improvements dont amount to much at all.

Look Tina....The powers that be have banned me. And that is fine as this is my last post... You can say what you want, but we both know your kid did it. As far as the gates go, they are only as good as the tenents living there. In case you don't know...but being that I work with Home owners associations, I do know....Gates aren't marketed for security, because more times than not they don't work, or become a liability. So keep on your high horse. As far as money goes...you and I both know I make twice what you make in my sleep. Please...and myspace is for everyone....or have you not kept up with reality?
