I did just move in and I am very happy. I got a great deal and I this place is much bigger than my last place. It has been months and I have had no problems and I can afford my car payment now since my rent is lower.

To the person who posted this comment about how great this apartment complex is you need to stop lying this apartment complex is a nightmare to live in management sucks and I'm pretty sure somebody from the leasing office wrote this comment about how wonderful it is to live here

I agree with your second response! Rachel needs to move back to her ------'s hometown! She's the WORST excuse for a manager that I have ever seen! They must of been desperate for a manager when they hired her fat ass! That's what happens when you give trailer park trash a little authority, they begin to believe their own BS that they are someone important! My advice to Greystar and their motto; "it's a great day at The Andovers of Winter Park!" is GET RID OF RACHEL and TAMMY!!!!!! then maybe people will start moving back in!

My oh my!! What the other posts are saying is true!! At this point, Greystar has hired two more problem managers with one difference. They are really good liars. Remember the song "Back Stabbers"? The lyrics start off with "they smile in your face". These ladies, Jessica and Amy will promise you the moon and give you nothing! All my mother and me want is to pay the rent and have whatever needs to be fixed, fixed. Why can't they do what they are supposed to do? Whenever you call to get something done Ie. get rid of roaches, leaky water pipes etc. they say they'll handle it and then do nothing. This is very bad for Greystar business, very bad. You see, we're moving out, calling the health department and letting everyone we know not to move here!! Your kids can get sick with all the roaches and the mold! If you love them, do not move here!!!!! Stay with relatives, a hotel, something but do not put your health in danger at Andover..and by the way.. those different colored sneakers you see hanging on the wires at Andover are drug dealer signals. For some reason, the staff will not remove them. If they ask you to renew your lease, ask them to find another job. Jessica and Amy are the worst!!!
