Alot of people are upset with the new owners because they are cleaning house and getting rid of alot of problems and people who don't pay. The place is way better than it was before they bought it. At least they are fixing the place up. We never had a fitness center before and the pool was awful. It is all new now...I think it is much better. My boss even just moved in and he loves it.

The fitness center is 3-5 machines shoved in the back of the office... Hardly a "center". Although the office and surrounding areas (like pool area) are remodeled (with mentioned fitness "center") they left the rest of the place get even worse with the exception of a horrible paint job and a half ass excuse for a gate recently installed.
Working laundry machines, decent pest control, new a/c units, mold removal and 24/7 security are just a few (of many) desperately needed renovations.
