This place is absolutly the pits! Literally careful you don't fall through the floor because that may happen!! I have had so many problems with getting problems fixed in my apartment and not to mention the awful Manager here Tammy!! Please if you see her run because she is not for the residents she is for herself and so is the rest of the staff here!! DO NOT RENT HERE YOU EVENTUALLY WILL BE SORRY!!

I lived there in 2004 and it's no surprise to see that nothing has changed. I was breathing in mold for 8 months. It was under my AC unit. The pool was lime green 90% of the time I lived there and 1/4th of one of my ceiling had mold dripping in for 8 months before they "fixed" it. Also..no AC for 3 months (in the summer is was 87 in m apt) when they did fix it it froze over ever day. And then they replaced the shingles on the outside of the building and left rusted nails on my back porch that I almost stepped on and when I asked them to remove them they did nothing. I had to get a lawyer to write a letter threatening to sue for medical reasons just to get my deposit back.
