First off, I'm a very clean person and i've NEVER had a roach problem until I moved to this nasty place!!! My neighbors apts are so disgusting that when i walk past them to go upstairs to mine, i can smell strange odors. I told the office people that I wanted a new carpet because I have a baby that crawls, but this carpet is far from new. my socks get dirty! we haven't been here that long, so its not from us! also, our floor has lumps under it! you can see the lumps under the kitchen floor.They are doing renovations but they're just covering up all the Nastiness with cheap good looking decor. The large woman in the leasing office that everyone calls a MONSTER is just that!!! She is very unproffesional, rude, nasty, and has absolutely NO CLASS!! we fix everything in our apartment ourselves! I will NEVER ask for maintenence to come into my home to "FIX" anything, because they all look suspicious. I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes in the winter park area, and I've had minor problems but they were no big deal I don't really complain. But I'm so depressed here, and I'm counting down the days until I can move out!!!!!!

There is help they know you just dont know like others how to apply it. but watch in the days ahead maybe they will have a class action suit. and you are right about Rachel she uses her size and mouth to bully tenants and it seems the owners love using her, but let see what Florida law states in these cases. You'll get and answer so dont give up hope it's your rights you just need to kown you have some.

I too would like to contact their corporate office. Someone needs to know how Rachel bullies their ONLY tenants LEFT! She's the REAL reason why nobody wants to move in! I don't know who she thinks she is or where she thinks she's at! Fat -----! I can't stand her! We haven't had a professional office staff in years. The only decent one in there is Tina and even she can't stand Rachel, she just deals with her because she has to live here too. They should have made her the manager when Greystar took over instead of Rachel. It's a shame because if you ever met Rachel's mother, you would NEVER believe that woman gave birth to such a sorry excuse of a human being! Rachel needs to go work for the prison because with her size and attitude, prison guard is the only job for her! She's such a phoney when new people come to look at the apartments, I wish that I could just walk around with a HUGE warning sign! LOL! They really should get rid of her!

all you have to do is google greystar management and click on corporate call the office in tampa they will direct you to the person you need to speak to..if all of us get together and complain about that ugly a** rachel maybe they will replace her..running a company is about making a profit and we the customers come first..so get together and complain it's the only way to go
