The floor plan is spacious, the management has changed so many times in the past six years I quit learning their names. THe maintenance staff, like anywhere else will be professional, nothing more, if you treat them like hirelings or employees. Treat them with respect and it will be reciprocated. The noise is realistically minimal considering we live on SR 436, a major traffic artery in Orlando. The parking is fine, its location central of virtually everything (within 15 minutes of three malls, 30 from the airport). I have been pleasantly surprised by the new staff, the manager is cloistered in her office and refuses to see the renters and that is unprofessional and rankles me a bit. All in all I have lived in many places that are worse of and only one that was better.

PS The maintenance staff they have right now rocks, Nadine, Lourdes and Sammy are very professional and helpful. They more than anything else, were the reason I renewed my lease again and didn't look elsewhere. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
