Problems started from day one when I was handed my keys. No one from the office did a walk through with me and when I went in the apartment I found a place in shambles no cabinets in the kitchen or bathroom no flooring in the bathroom. The patio area which they charge extra for what a disgusting mess. Dead plants everwhere missing chunks or concrete. The apartment was dirty, dusty, and musty. I went immediatly back to the office and was told that it was IMPOSSIBLE my apartment was ready for move in. It took 2 months for the maintenence staff to finish the interior items that should have been done before I moved in. Constant problems with water leaks from the apartment above mine and the maintence and office staff see no urgency in a flood coming from above your apartment. Two seperate occasions my apartment was flooded due to pipe leaks or similar issues from above and each time it took atleast 2 weeks for the repairs and 1 week just for them to clean up the water damage. It has been six months and I am still waiting for my patio area to be cleaned up.
Noise is non-stop not only from the traffic on 436 but from the ghetto mostly male residents who insist on blairing their car radios at all hours even when they are inside their apartment.
ROACHES!!! they are everywhere around the dumpsters in the laundry facilities in the apartments. Pest control has to come every week and they still come back.
The staff is a joke they have no customer service skills once so ever. I have been told every single time I call or go in the office that they will call me back or send an e-mail but not once since I have live here have I ever recieved a phone call not even during the leasing process. I had to continualy call to check if I had been approved and have several hang ups and 2 weeks passed I finally stopped in the office to find out they made a mistake on my application and need to resubmit it! The manager is no better she acts as though she will help you but does the same as everyone else that works there and just pushes you to the side.
