Everything from rats to car jackings

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
 
Place is a dump. When we moved in there were rats - took forever until maintanence sealed up holes to keep them out (buildings are old). Crime in the area including carjacking. Area is loud, with roaming teens. Moved out and now I don't even like driving past the place.
