It could be better

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This property could be alot better I moved here a year ago and It is ok for the price The management changed about three months ago and things are getting alot better. I think Sarah is awsome she does what she says Now that she is here I would recomend it. It still has a ways to come but she can bring it that far.
