I've lived here for two years now, and have had a mixed stay. The roach problem is real, but if you keep the place clean, they won't appear as often. NEVER HAVE I seen any mice, or rats. I have seen squirrels outside,as they are the only rodents around. But squirrels are cool. Maintenance used to suck, but they are awesome now. THE BUILDINGS ARE VERY OLD, SO PROBLEMS ARE EXPECTED, BUT ARE USUALLY FEW AND FAR BETWEEN. As for a poster below, I noticed that his power outage complaints were posted when the hurricanes struck. Thats on mother nature, not Signal Pointe. Other leasees can be shady, but overall, they are very nice and normal people. I won't be renewing my lease because I need a bigger apartment, but I'd recommend living here.
