i have never once had bug problems. perhaps the only problem i had was trying to figure out what to do with all of the space i had. any time you call the office with a problem they are there to fix it either that day or the next. every morning before i leave for work, there are maintenance men outside cleaning up trash and dog poop that people leave laying around. and for the price we pay to live here. we get alot!
