Not too bad but my main complaint is with a noisy neighbor above me. You can call a "courtesy officer" to tell people to turn noise down but after a few complaints and little resolution I wonder what management can actually do to enforce the rules. I am at the end of my patience however. I will be moving out if this isnt resolved soon.

I have had zero problems with any pests so far which surprises me considering this is florida. I used to live at another property owned by this same company in another town, and though newer there were lots of pests.

No washer and dryer connections which is inconvenient. Other than that, the main issue for me is noisy neighbors. I'm thinking about renting a townhouse next to fix that problem. Apartments suck.
