This place used to be nice. The past couple of years it has gotten bad. Gang banger wannabes lurk in the parking lots trying to be "gangstas". They "key" cars on a regular basis. Mildew decorates the buildings, Electrical wiring to the A/C units are exposed, the lawns are usually brown, Stairs to the upper floors are rotting and are a hazard, we pay for pest control that we never see and the place is infested with large roaches and carpenter ants. Fleas jump on you if you walk into the grass. The rent keeps going up at a clip of about 20% per lease. I have no idea why they (Signal Pointe) think this is a nice complex. It's turning into a dive, and they are still raising rents like it is a luxury complex. IT ISN'T. I'm moving out. ASAP.

I feel the same..my rent keeps doing up..the place s roach infested. The only saving grace is the school district.

The gang issue is no longer a problem here. It was a group of 15 year olds that were wannabes. The were all evicted and are no longer an issue. This proves that the staff cares because as soon as complaints reached them they resolved the problem.
