Decent, Very nice size one bedroom for the price, had roaches but only tiny ones, was a bleasing after leaving Waterside Apartments a few blocks away. Staff was for the most part helpful and nice, before we moved out that is. Maintence guys were real cool, they would fix things I obviously broke in a night of partying without asking any questions or trying to bill me. A couple drug dealers here and there but crime wasnt too bad in 2004.

Be careful to always get everything in writing from them though. Before you more out do a walkthrough with them and get your deposit or a promise in writing. They tried promised me my full deposit in the mail but 2 months later i got 1/2 and a phoney bill for a bunch of craziness. I did get it back though but only by calling the corporate office. The staff dosn't give a crap about you once you move out.

Signal Pointe is very good about giving the deposit back. Normally your last water bill is the only thing that comes out of the deposit unless you leave damage, then you will be charged.
