This place is way over priced for what you get. The maintenance staff is so bad it is comical. The office staff are basically dishonest and will lie right to your face to suit their needs. If you actually look at the entire complex you will see that the office and the model areas are very nice and well kept, but if you venture out and check out the actual apartments and breezeways, they are run down and filthy. The apartment lighting and plumbing fixtures are 40 years old.
They keep raising the rent, and the conditions keep getting worse.
This is not an apartment complex I would recommend to anyone!

Signal pointe apts do suck, but the management is nice. They helped me escape that place just 4 months into my lease so I could be happy elsewhere. You probably just didnt know how to use diplomacy to get what you want.
