When I first moved in here I thought I was getting a great bargain. I was wrong. They show you this great apartment up front that looks great but the one you get is horrible. I was there for a week when my pipes busted in the kitchen and the bathroom. When the maintenance guys came by they made things worse. Finally they moved us to a new apartment but it was just as bad. Last week my shower knob broke so they replaced it with another broken knob. The maitenance at this place is horrendous. The people at the office never help with anything. Do not live here. It is a complete rip off.

Ah signal pointe, stepping stone out of the ghettos! Where illegal aliens and their 15 member families and teenage children in single bedroom apts think they live like kings!

One situation is not representative of every situation. Go live down the road a little ways and see if you still think Signsl Pointe is the ghetto.
