they are currently trying to "improve" the community, but the greatest problem with this place is its age. water pipes are very iffy. frequent black sludge in the tubs and sinks from backflow problems and horrible drainage. friends in the complex had similar problems. they also have the bad habit of not notifying residents of important changes ie we found out the balconies and porches were being screened when the work crews jumped on the balcony and as far as i know they still have not notified residents that the community is being gated - and the only part not completed is the door part of the gate.
great staff in terms of friendliness and fixing some problems, but maintenance is perpetually backed up [months nearing years]. and from the office to maintenance means losing the request at least once.
some pizza places have stopped delivering to the complex.
