I wrote a review earlier when I moved in. I had no problems since then except now they are asking too much for rent if I renew my lease. My current rate is $829 $13 for valet trash and with water and electric it comes out to be almost $1000 every month. Now they are asking almost $80 more per month if I renew my lease. This is totally unfair since it has been only seven months since we have moved here and I don't think anything has changed in these 7 months.

Coming to the apartment and community, its a good apartment and community. On time maintenance. Good neighborhood but increase in rent is outrageous. They also require 60 days notice if you are going to move out whereas most of the communities require a 30 days notice. Anyways I don't have any complains but increase in rent is forcing me to move out.

P.S.: Only problem is on-site laundry. There are two, one closed for maintenance and other although recently painted and renovated but still has old machines out of which most are not working.
