I have lived here for 11 months and thank god I only have a month left. Don't ever move here. The staff changes in the office every time I go there to complain about something. The gate has been up since I moved here but has never worked. When we moved in they told us it would be working in 3 months. Now 10 months later they say next week. There are no washer and dryer in the apartments or hook ups at all like they say they do online. They only have ONE working laundry room in the whole complex and it costs $1.25 to wash or dry a load! They decided to "renovate" the complex. They didn't tell us what they were doing just that in the up coming months we would have our doors and windows changed. So one day you wake up at 7:30 am with the loudest construction ever outside your bedroom window and have no idea whats going on. Don't let this "renovation" foul you. They are just changing the outside of the building not the crappy inside!!! They will charge you way too much..don't buy even if you think it's a deal!! It's not worth it. Take your hard earned money else where! I also have about 7 people that live in a 2 bedroom apartment below me that fight constantly and the office will do nothing about it! Sometimes there is nowhere to park especially with the construction! If something happens or interrupts your daily life and it is their fault they will not give you a discount! I already tried that. They don't want to listen to your complaints and have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Everything might look wonderful at first but it will go bad. Something will happen to you or your apartment and they will turn the other cheek. Everyone who lives here that I have talked to hates it and can't wait til their lease is up. DO NOT RENT HERE...it's almost like a legal scam. The furnished model apartment they show you is nothing like the real apartments. Go somewhere where you will feel safe and actually get what you deserve for what you're paying. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE:
So they changed our windows and front door. I picked up the new key for the door in the morning and came back later that night. My key didn't open the door. I called the office number and the emergency number and I could only leave a message and "an on site representative would call me back". I left 2 messages and a message on the office management answering machine and nobody ever called me back. We had to stay at a family members for the night. When I went to the office in the morning they didn't even apologize. They also wouldn't give me a prorate discount for that day for not being about to get into my apartment off of my rent. They gave us the construction heads number and said that he would have to give us the money for that day back. They will not help you even if it is their fault. This is a warning to everyone. The managemet does not care about you..they just want your money.
