Those of you that continuously write about us positive tenants who are happy here being employees are so full of ----. Any and all of my posts have been honest all the way...meaning that I do not work here. I don't even work...I am disabled, thank you very f...ing much. So, quit trying to lie to everyone by you thinking that you know it all because you don't know ----. Why don't all you naysayers head on out and ----- about somewhere else and leave my home alone!!!!

As far as the water bill, you are the idiot that didn't get things clear. They send us the break down on a separate bill. What you pay is on the nice little invoice from Signal Pointe that comes in your mail. If you have been paying the both of them, well, that shows the level of intelligence that you have. you stupid ass.

Interesting how three (3) good reviews come in, three days in a row. Why??? Go ahead, read them, and compare the style, compare how the first two are almost duplicates!

For those of you that still believe I work for the complex, please, you are more than welcome to come meet with me and you will see for yourself. And yeah, I did post three days in a row. All because I get emailed to let me know when someone has responded to posts. And I get sick and tired of others putting down my home front. That's all there is to it. lol, i know - the people working for signal pointe should put their effort into actually fixing the problems people complaining about, not worrying about posting a positive review on here

Tammy i couldnt agree with you more. I just moved here a few weeks ago and this is probably by far the best place i have ever lived. Most of the construction is already completed, the roads have been paved, and the gates are functional. The upgrades in this place have really been spectacular and I'm sorry that some had a bad experience. I posted also and i couldnt be happier.
