I was reading the reviews of different people and couldnt believe its the same place i live! I have never lived in a place where they (the staff) did as much for you as this place does. When i was at my old place, i hardly knew the people that lived next to me, this place offers social gatherings all the time. Every Friday we have a wine social, every saturday we have a community bbq, and during the week there are all different events to help the community get to know eachother. Do you want to know how much i've paid so far to attend these events, where i drink wine, and eat bbq ' Zero! Its all paid for by the community, We have 3 pools, a great work out room, a great clubhouse and the gates do work!

Sounds like the office staff is trying to raise the ratings - Again! Too bad the reviewer doesn't mention whether or not they actually fixed the gates, or perhaps the reviewer doesn't turn the lights on at night and check for roaches, or any of the other problems listed. Will this review disappear in days like the other "good" reviews?

Hi, my name is Victor, im telling you this because i dont want to seem anonymous as you are. Im willing to be open about who I am and share my honest experiences here. I keep a clean house and therefore dont deal with roaches, however, living in FL, there are lots of bugs, should I get one, I'll be sure to take measures to remedy the problem. As far as the gates are concerned, They seem to work just fine. I pull up and they open to let me out, I run my card by the scanner and they open to allow me access. Im not sure what your experiences are or were, but mine have been nothing but the best and as i stated before, I would recommend this property to my family and friends anyday. Furthermore, I came on this site to give my experiences because all to often people are willing to complain about something but not take the time to give credit when its due. All to often people get disgruntled because something didnt go their way and they spend all of their time trashing the place. I wanted to at least say that had i based my decions purely on what i read before i moved here, i wouldnt be here, but i took the time to come here, check it out for myself and see that this place is a great place to live. Im more than happy to defend my position.

I agree. It seems to me that signal point took out the "trash" and that is why there are so many complaints. They renovated the place. Those of you that signed leases knowing there was renovations going on shouldnt be complaining about them. If you were asked to leave there was probably a reason. It seems to me that the people who live here seem to be great people. I couldnt be happier with this choice. The gym is up and working, the clubhouse is up and running with the wine room and the golf simulator which is amazing. The three pools work and the staff are always friendly and helpful. All I can say is if you want to see for yourself come down and take a tour. Also if you notice everyone with a complaint seems to be "anonymous" Im glad signal point took out the "trash"
