Lived here for 4 years and with the negative points out weighing the positive, I've had enough. Repairs take more then a few phone calls...With poor upkeep, the same repair must be called in a few weeks or months later. Problem areas include: Recharging air conditioner every few months (they won?t fix the cause, just cover it up like most other repairs); water leaking from the bathroom ceiling; frequently changing water temperature while showering; when shower is on, hot water runs (not drips) from the tub; and repair men that say "this will dry by Monday and I?ll be back then" never to come back...


The size (975 sq for 2/1) is decent with enough space to move freely. The counter tops, wall paper, and bath room decore are obvious signs that this apartment was built before the 70?s! The capet needs to be replaced and they only offered a cleaning!


The area and neighbors are nice but they do not make up for the high rent vs. low quality. This is a decent place if you're looking in the area but can?t afford something a little newer and cleaner.


Problems with the water bills - they are divided upon how many in a household, not usage!


Tons of kids running around. Sprinkler system stinks.


NEVER paid rent late but they still want more money each year. Only regret is not looking for a new place years earlier. Found many BIGGER and NEWER @ the same price! Had enough, I?m moving on...
