Where do I start' this would take forever..so let me make a list.
-ROACHES, huge ones..and they fly
-ac issues..it stops working, doesn't get colder than 75 degrees, leaks, etc and they will come in about 2 weeks to do nothing
-the water drips out the faucets instead of runs (kitchen included)
-hot water lasts a max. of 5 min
-you can hear and smell your neighbors (know when they shower,have sex, oh and what they cook)
-the apartments are so old, the floors have holes, the stairs are like rotting, and going on a balcony is risking your life
-the gates to the community never work
-the pools are always dirty (except the one by the office they clean that one, i guess to show off to prospective renters)
-the little kiddie play area is covered in graffiti..it looks fine until you stand next to it and look up..theres a huge thing that says ------- "artwork"
-they "renovated" the laundry rooms..basically got rid of all the washers and dryers for 7 months..i left before their return..if they ever did return
Basically signal pointe sucks.they try to make it seem like this fabulous luxury community, when its really about 2 steps up from the projects

You left in 2008? how can you make a review for an aprt community when you dont even know whats been done since you left? Allow me to make a list... Roaches- not since i've been here, and if you do have them its time to pay better attention to your cleaning habbits. Gates work just fine. Pools are clean except right after it rains but thats to be expected. Neighbors- well, I love all my neighbors, I hardly ever hear them and the only time i smell what they are cooking is when i step out into the hallway around 6pm and its always something good :) There are no laundry rooms here, however they did provide me with a washer and dryer in my apt for a very low fee. Also all the apts have been renovated.. which is why again i ask, why are you posting something in late 2009 when you dont even live here anymore. This place is great and the staff for the most part are awesome as well.

JUST WONDERING WHERE YOU LIVE B/C SINCE MOVING IN IN FEBRUAURY THE GATES HAVE WORKED FOR 1 WEEK TOTAL AND NEWSFLASH ROACHES ARE STILL HERE EVEN WITH STRICT CLEANING PRACTICES AND WEEKLY SPRAYS FROM PEST CONTROL
