I moved here in April and haven't had any problems so far. Our electric kept going out and they sent someone over so fast and they fixed it right away. Same with all other maintenance issues. The staff is great and helpful. Laundromat has big washers and dryers that work great. They pick up your trash at your door for no charge, as well as deliver your mail to your front door. It feels like a little neighborhood rather than an aparmtent complex. Very clean and quiet. I plan on staying here until I buy a house.
