Not a bad place at all.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Considering what mostly everyone writes here, I must consider myself lucky. I haven't had that much problems, and when I ever had, The Staff was always there for me in under the first call. The place is nice, a little old is true, I'm hoping Picerne (The Company) will do something about it just like they retiled the roof and re-paved the streets.

I'm into my 2nd year at Sun Key and if haven't had that much of a problem living here. I recommend it to anyone.
