Horrible Management Staff who lost my son's rent check in June. In August my son's rent check was posted to another's persons apartment account. Both times threatening letters of eviction were sent to my son. No apology was given when the first check was found in the leasing office almost two weeks after he hand delivered the check. Both checks indicated my son's name and apartment number. I expressed mailed the check for August rent on July 26th. The check was received by Sun Key on July 27th. The error of posting to another account was discovered on 10 August after I called Sun Key when my son advised me of the threatening letter.

Full Sail parents beware, during heavy rain his apartment had water running down the walls (third floor). Apartment sharing causes a problem because only one name is listed on the apartment account. If your child's name is not the primary name on the apartment account, even though both tenents signed the lease, the office staff will have no idea which apartment your child is occupying.

Make sure rented washers and dryers work properly. When my son washed clothes the washer had the same sound as a freight train and vibrated the entire apartment. After numerous complaints from the day he moved in during August 2004, the washing machine was finally replaced in June 2005.
