I go to Full Sail, and my parents chose this apartment complex for me. I promise you, if I had seen the place before I moved down here, I most certainly would not have moved in. This is by far, the worst apartment complex in Central Florida. The grounds are dirty and showing their age. There's only one dumpster for the ENTIRE place, so people always put their garbage bags on their car, and they always end up falling off. The rates are extremely overpriced. You pay for a gated community, but the gates have been ripped out, so anyone can just walk in. College kids are always partying and smoking in the breezways. The apartments are constantly in need of repair, and the matinence staff takes their sweet time. Matinence considers painting over something to be the answer to everything. The stairs are always falling apart, and one kid took a step and fell right through. Expect to see a lawsuit. As for safety, cars are constantly broken into, and two of my friends have had their motorcycles stolen within the last two months. Also, a few months ago, a kid was shoved into his apartment and robbed at gunpoint. However, of all the terrible things about this complex, the worst is the office staff. These people are the most unreasonable, disgruntled, rude, snotty, miserable people I have ever met, and I visited a prison once. They lost my rent check TWICE. Not once, TWICE, and then they charged me for it. In particular, there's a disgusting, miserable, overweight, ----- of a woman, who's name I wont mention, who treats people like absolute trash. If you live here, steer clear of her.

In conclusion, if you're planning on attending Full and you're looking for a place to live, DO NOT consider Sun Key. You'll have a better living experience in a carboard box downtown, AND you wont have to pay rent.
