1. The guy who lives below me blasts his MPC making "phatbeatz" at 4:30 in the morning when I have to wake up at 7 to get ready for class.

2. My electric bill has been $300 a month for the last few months and I keep calling the office about it but they act like they are going to help me and then just forget about it or push it aside. It has been 4 months since I originally brought the issue to their attention and I still can't get them to help me. I finally got through to the manager of the community and she promised that the next day she would come over here with the head handyman and try to get the problem resolved.. She never came. I have been calling today but I cant get through to the office staff... it is just going to the voicemail system everytime.

3. I have been jumped by more than five guys and accused of stealing something out of someones car when I knew nothing about that situation and I have never stolen anything in my entire life.

4. Some lady got shot here around april.

5. There have been rumors of someone dieing in the pool the other day but the office wont make any comment on it.

They call it STAB KEY apartments for a reason. Don't move here. Save yourself the trouble.

(5)Well that would certainly explain the fire truck, ambulance, 3 cop cars, and sheriffs jeep I saw pull in here the other day

I live winter springs and there are guys here walking around peoples cars all the time. and i am in the nice part! Crime is everywhere. and just some advice go straight to the management company and talk to home office that will get there attention GOOD LUCK!!!
