So far so good! Sun Key has been a great place to live. The staff is nice, the place looks great and the fitness center is a HUGE plus!
I had a maintenance request last month and the were on top of it. Came out and fixed my a/c in 4 hours!
Maybe the reason some of you are pissed off is because you can't follow the rules. My neighbor has been leaving trash outside his front door and he got a letter saying he owed money and was p'd off!
I have lived here for two years and love it---
