I lived at Sun Key during my two years at Full Sail, and it was the worst apartment experience of my life. My apartment flooded 4 times, that last time I couldn't live in it for a month and a half and the manager still made me pay rent. The entire apartment was full of mold and all they did was paint the walls and vaccum that carpet. The water has been turned off 36 times (I started counting after I got stuck with shampoo in my hair and had to drive to a friends house to wash it out) in two years due to fragile pipes going to the complex. DO NOT LIVE AT SUN KEY! My rent increased from $825-$1000 and the apartment kept getting worse. I am so glad to be out of there I can't even explain it in words. If you are going to Full Sail look at Bishop Park, or The Harbors at Lake Howell.

I had a problem with my apartment flooding also. They were nice enough to up us up in a hotel while they got things fixed, but when I called to check up on the apartment no one could tell me what was going on. By day two of no one knowing what was going on with my apartment I was starting to get a little mad but did not want to saying to the people in the office cause I was scared they would stop paying for the hotel. I decided to go see my apartment after I got out of work on day to and to my surprise no one had been to my apartment to do anything so Iwent up to the office to talk to someone in person and one of the girls had the nerve to tell me that I bothered them again with questions about my apartment they were not going to fix a damn thing and that I would have to pay for the repairs myself. How rude was that? They really pissed me off that day and since that day I've started looking for a new place to live.
