I lived here in 2003 while in Full Sail and ill tell you, I havent had a better experience. The staff was great and I knew them all on a first name basis because they made an effort to know you. There was a problem with flooding underneath me, but I was on the third floor so I was fine. My neighbors were all my age 20's so it was a great social environment for a college student. The neighborhood was safe and no problems with noise or false complaints or any BS like that. This was an extremely great place and haven't had an experience like this since.

I wouldnt recommend to older people or people looking for dead silence as this is a college community between UCF and Full Sail. But would definitely recommend this place as its cheap and really nice.
