Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
We had a hard time getting them to fix the AC. The light bill was high due to the unit not be properly maintained and being old. It would have help if the attic insulation was at least R-30 (min code) for attic insulation. I will go as far to say that the attic insulatio was not even R-19. ....... They would drag their feet on fixing something. BUT! you better not be late on your rent!
