OMG this is the worst place I have ever lived. No one in the front office can ever answer my questions and half the time they don't bother to answer the phones. This place has been a nightmare since the day I picked up my keys and walked into the apartment. They had completely forgot that I was moving in that day and they had not fixed up the apartment from the previous tenants. From day one my AC was broken and it took them 1 1/2 years to finally fix it. No joke a year and a half with the AC just shutting itself off whenever it wanted and not starting again for the rest of the day. That was pleasant with a newborn in the house. We had neighbors at partied until 5am every single weekend and seemed to think 4am was the perfect electric guitar practice time. Our floors have been caving in under us for about a year now and for as much as we try to tell the front office that we feel soft spots in the floor boards and that there is at least one whole in the floor they don't seem to care. They say they are "improving" the complex, but from what I can see they are just making it worse. They showed up one day to fix the stairs in our building and took them a month to finish, and now the stairs are actually worse then before they fixed them. I have a 2 year old child and I am now scared to let him walk down the stairs because they are dangerous. Now that they are renovating the apartments they are upping our rent $110. I told them all to shove it up their a** that place is not at all worth the money they are asking for it. It's a piece of crap and I strongly suggest you stay away.
