I swear to goddess my blood pressure has gone up sky high since I got here. I hate this stupid apartment complex.

It's Always noisy, I understand this is an apartment complex for collage students but some students are also parents, at the very least they can have a family building.

I can never get my kid down for a nap at the same time every day because they always change the time they mow the lawn or put big loud mechines in the hallway. Stupid people keep breaking the stairs..How'! I don't know but they do and then I get to listen to weilding.

Also I can hear my neighbors even if they are just talking in the hallway, the insulation here SUCKS.

Safe'! Ha! This place is far from safe.

Oh and it says in our lease no solicitors are allowed, yet they still show up and leave crap on my door or on my car.

The only people in the office that ever help, always end up leaving after..probably because they know this place SUCKS. All the good reviews of this place are probably from the goody-two shoes "I'm not going to do anything but I will pretend that I care" people in the office, Madiline or however her name is spelled is the biggest one of all.

They don't help with ANY problems.

Oh and the ---- roaches, there are so many of them. I am a clean freak, I like to keep my apartment so clean you could eat off the floor but still ---- roaches show up. I've killed 14 this week and they are not all tiny some are big.

Half the maintnance people can't even speak english. Way to go Sunkey, Hire non english speaking workers who do crappy jobs for low price, I am so glad this is what this country has come to.

If you like hearing sirens and gun shots and noisy people all night long and love big nasty bugs and being over charged then by all means move here.

But if you like nice quiet, CLEAN apartments then Move somewhere else.

I agree however, there is nothing wrong with people who cannot speak English. I think you mean it is the apartment- not them.

No it's wrong that they hire people who don't speak english, I had to use a language translator online to even talk to one of the maitnence men they sent over.
