I have lived at Sun Key for 6 months now and it has been the worst 6 months of my life. It started with the first night we stay at our apartment we are walking or dogs right outside and the police helicopter starts swarming the area with a spotlight... a few days later 2 days in a row of gun shots. Then if things couldn't get any better the bottom of our water heater drops out and flooding the closet to the kitchen... that was the 8th day we lived here. Although the maintenance guy was very nice it was still a huge inconvenience. Now we've got a fabulous case of ROACHES. After repeated attempts of calling the office to report this problem 3 weeks later they finally send an "exterminator" who came in for literally 5 min. and left. Needless to say 2 days later we had another week of one roach per night. So we call the office again the following week and it took them 2 more weeks to send him again. He tells us its our dog food.. so we remove that... still roaches... This is the most awful place I have EVER lived. I absolutely would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that our neighbor got his front door kicked in at 12:30 in the afternoon by some robbers... he was the 5th break in that week in this complex alone. If i could rate them a zero I would.

I also live in sunkey.. and those are definately NOT fireworks. I have also had problems with roaches.. the office people are rude and could care less about the people who live here, but the maintenance people are very nice and helpfull. I think the review is not biased at all, it sounds right on key to me.

Amazing how many of these 1-star reviews are all made anonymously and all of them with almost the same writing style and terrible grammar and the same dubious claims all during the same general time frame. I wouldn't be suprised if at least half of all the reviews so far were written by the same few people that recently got kicked out now that Zom is done playing nice with misbehaving full sail students.

What are these gunshots????? I've NEVER heard any. And how are you finding out about "five" break ins in a week? News to me as well...... I've lived here two years in two different apts. and everything has been fine in both. If there's noise, just ask them keep it down. No break ins anywhere near my buildings so i can't really say i agree with this review. Especially with the gun shots, thats absurd.
