I'm a Full Sail student that will be moving into Sun Key this August. The bad reviews are completely bogus, and are written by people who are trying to extort money from the apartment complex. In order to have the reviews removed the apartment complex, in this case is Sun Key, has to pay the person or persons that wrote the review to remove it. If you're not sure to believe myself or the bad reviews and are a Full Sail Student CONTACT HOUSING! They'll set things straight.

You don't even live there yet how can you call the bad reviews bogus?! I am sticking by my review, sun key sucked. Do you need me to post pictures of the result of two of my neighbors getting into a fight?! Because I gladly will. "Written by people who are trying to extort money from the apartment complex" I don't want any money from Sun Key, I just want people to know the truth. You seem to be a little misguided by someone who works at Sun Key, but hey go ahead and move in. Enjoy having cockroaches and enjoy people breaking in. Enjoy dealing with drug dealers and listening to gun shots. BTW My Husband Graduated from Full Sail, he is one of many former students who thinks Sun Key SUCKS. The destruction was caused by a drugged out neighbor who decided to have a screaming match with his girlfriend and not only smashed out the windows of not only his apartment but the apartment next door. Go ahead and make your assumptions however, hope you enjoy your experience at Sun Key.

I think I have looked at at least 20 apartments in the past two days. I am a Barry Law student. This place was the most decent. The others were disgusting !! Full of low lives ! The staff here were very good to work with. The apartments are clean and updated.Normal people !If you think this place is bad, then you haven't seen whats out there!
