I was reading some of the reviews and realized they are a joke!! We lived there last year and it was never FINE!! The college kids outside of our bedroom window all hours of the night yelling and partying was a constant. The air conditioning was never at a acceptable working level. The first thing that made us realize we had to go was when the maintainance staff stole items from our apartment. We knew they were there because they left a note....but our electronics were gone DUH! The staff was just said "well we are sorry"... sorry...I want my stuff back!! The straw that broke the camels back was when I came home from work in the broad daylight and there was a naked guy....YES completely naked on the floor where we lived carrying a camera and wanted me to take a picture with him!!! are you serious' This is NOT a FINE place to live. If you want to be on edge at all times this is the place for you!

Ever considered calling the police? If you're going to write anonymous reviews like this with such outrageous claims you should have some kind of proof to back up your BS.

Agreed with the first user response. Although I'm not in favor of Sun Key, this shouldn't have been a review and should've been more of a police report?

Whenever you move into a new place you should always get renter's insurance, since the complex doesn't take responsibility for anything lost, stolen, or damage (whether or not they did it).
