So, every single review is pretty much dead on, too bad I didn't believe it before I moved in. People coming and going at all hours, loud music, no one cares about being too loud or yelling outside your door at 2 am. Found a cockroach and let me tell you, one thing I can't deal with is roaches. I called this so called security service they have on call 24/7 for the people standing outside my door talking with there friends and yelling at 2 am, never heard back and they never came! I came here to live closer to school, for quiet, to study, but I can't do that. I hope it gets better, but I've lived here for a week and I regret it already. Has anyone who ever lived here had a positive experience' I would love some hope in this matter, or anyone who lives here now and would like to talk to the management with me about this so called security they have here and about any sorta noise ordinance' This placed looks so nice on the outside, the apartments are up to date and nice, but all this is scaring me to death and I am stuck here! Can anyone shed some light on this for me' Thanks! Please come Brighthouse, I miss you! This Shental cable crap sucks!

I feel ya. I lived there for about 3 months before I got signed off the lease...that cable company is a joke; I missed Brighthouse horribly during my time there...the whole time I was there, the noise never stopped, especially with the people across the lake (lived in a lake view, for a stupid amount more $$). But the worst thing was, no matter how horribly noisy everyone else around us was (including the guy who took his buzz saw & fashioned himself a door blocker to keep out whomever was breaking into the apts during that time; took him a week for some reason, buzz saw at 9am) we constantly got noise complaints from the guy upstairs becuz my 3 year old dared to talk in the breezeways & just be a kid, play outside in the grass by the lake, feed the ducks, etc. So all in all, I would have that Sun Key, though nice, is not worth how much rent they charge. They prey on college students becuz it is close to campus (Full Sail, where I went/am going) & have high rates to pay off the updates they just made. So yeah, I feel your pain. I would try to get out of the lease, maybe find someone to take over or something like I did. There are decent places around for a hell of a lot less than Sun Key, & its not like college students NEED a super-nice apt while in school anyways. Plus you can get Brighthouse back. lol But that's just been my experience...
