I think Sun Key really has a 1up on most of these other places around here.
Before coming to Florida I researched a lot on different apts. and what they
had to offer, location, etc. Simply dealing with the Sun Key staff over the
phone had me excited to move in.

It's worth the 1 mile commute to school. The grounds are very relaxing and
well-kept; it's not a problem just lounging around on days off because of
a lot of the stuff that's here on the grounds.

Although some people may talk about "incidents" or whatever, I've felt nothing
but safe. Sometimes noisy though, frequent door slamming and dogs..kids..
that's not such a big deal though. It really depends on your location in the complex
and neighbors. That's anywhere though really.

Sun Key is definitely worth it.

Actually the complex WAS gated for a good few years, the problem was all the... less respectful... full sail students than you just kept ramming the gates to get through and then they'd wind up too jammed for emergency services to get in.
