I've lived here for over five years and I think they are great. Sutton Place has had it's problems in the past but over the past year these problems have become minimal. The new manager is great. She will speak to anyone who wants to see her and has really cut back on noise and other problems here. The prices are ok, but the pool is always clean, you hardly ever see trash on the ground, and they do activities once a month. Whenever i've needed something fixed in my apartment, the maintenance guys do it that same day or the next. I'm happy to say that I'm starting to see a real positive change here. I have friends that live in other complexes and they hate it. No place is perfect, but at least sutton place tries to be. My only complaint is the answering service is horrible and sometimes rude, but the office says that they are trying to change companies.
