Nice staff - dramatic tenant change

I've lived here for four years and this complex has seen better days. It's true that the new management is nicer than the old, but the apartment complex used to have excellent landscaping and painting. As soon as the complex underwent new management, they changed the color scheme. They painted the decks and balconies over grass or whatever else was there, so now everything looks like it was painted over whatever was previously lying there. The hand rails and balcony lattices are chipping already and the old paint was not stripped or cleaned. I know that these things sound picky, but the overall look of the complex has cheapened. The landscaping and lake maintenance was great when I moved in, and now I think that the new management settled for a lot of cheaper alternatives in the grounds.
Also, the explosion of Full Sail (right next door) has changed the tenant makeup. There used to be families and young professionals and now there are a lot of kids and parties. Not that this is horrible, but if you're looking for that quiet place to live, this is not it.
The maintenance staff and office staff are for the most part friendly and attentive. They change with a higher turnover rate than fast food employees, though.
Bottom line: Not a horrible place to live, but it's seen better days.
