I have lived in the Sutton Place community for a little over five years now and this is the best community I have ever lived in. Not only do they have an INCREDIBLY professional and courteous staff but the new (been here over a year) management team has made dramatic changes to the community to make it even better. Firstly, they released all of the Full Sail students to other apartment 'complexes' and this subtle but HUGE change has made all the difference. People in the community smile at each other, wave, and you get a sense of what home is supposed to feel like. As to the grounds of the complex, I believe it is very well manicured and kept up to date. I highly recommend this community to anyone who enjoys stress-free and quiet living.
